Applications are open

Deadline: 15th September

This ONLINE workshop is inspired by Collective Care Berlin and will be led by Fine from the Educat Collective. The workshop is a short version of a workshop taking place in Berlin in July. https://skills4crisis.org/workshop/mental-health/

Content

This workshop invites us to explore mental health not as an isolated personal issue, but as something deeply shaped by collective trauma, systemic collapse, and the grief of living in a world marked by violence, genocide, and ecological destruction.

Rather than offering quick fixes or individual coping strategies, we will practice being with discomfort, nurturing collective care, and building emotional resilience that honors the reality of structural harm.

Together, we’ll exchange on what help us grasp oppression and its impacts — while grounding in foundational practices like nervous system regulation, and relational skills such as deep listening and witnessing.

All bodies, backgrounds, and levels of experience are welcome.

The event will take place 17th September (Thursday) 4pm – 7pm CET
